Very happy as a replacement for a Rifle Paper Co calendar used in previous years. They stopped making one this size so I had to find another source. This calendar has more features. Tabs for each month, a break out for each month AND each week. Note pages in the back as well as a very useful back folder. The entire thing is encased in a sturdy clear plastic outer liner. Finally, there is an elastic band provided to keep the calendar shut during travel. Amazing. The only thing Rifle Paper Co did better was that their cover art was a little more attractive. Yes. I still use a paper planner. Not because I am intimidated by technology, but I keep this on my desk right next to my computer. It is small enough not to take up a great deal of space, yet has sufficient room on each day to keep track of my appointments and activities. There are tabs for each month with the whole month view as well as a weekly view. The cover is sturdy plastic and even has an elastic band to either keep it closed or mark the week being used. I've got strong feelings about my paper planners, and every year I go through a painful search to find exactly the right thing. So far, I'm really happy with this. It's an outstanding value (under $10 when I purchased). I decided to try something small enough to put in my purse this year, and this fits the bill. The paper is thick enough that ink doesn't bleed through. Ink and pencil works equally well. The boxes are ruled, and the width of the rules is reasonable -- I absolutely loathe wide ruled, and many items are only available with wide ruling; this is narrow enough to be comfortable and tidy. It has inclusive holidays, which is a big deal for me; I'm Jewish and many planners don't include my holidays. The tabs make it easy to get to the right page, and there's enough space to get the essentials down on the month-view, with room to add details and a shopping list on the weekly spreads. I love having this planner and it’s great quality and easy to use. The durability is good for the value for money. I only wish the boxes had more space for writing, but the sides and other pages have extra space for planning.
