This treadmill is great if you are looking for a smaller piece of exercise equipment that doesn't take up a ton of space. It folds up easily when storing away. Easy to put together and didn't take much time at all. The treadmill works great and affordable. The belt runs smoothly so far. I have been using it for the last week, and we ended up purchasing a second one for my fiancé so we could walk together while watching movies/shows and get some movement instead of just lounging around all the time. We had a small issue with the motor cover being busted during shipping, but it was handled immediately by Walden after I reported it with photos and a description of the situation. They handled it with positivity and professionalism. The display is fine, I just wish when you stopped the treadmill that it saved your time spent on it, but it erases it (goes back to zero) when you stop. My previous treadmill saved it. I like to take a picture of my daily success and was kind of upset when I stopped (the first time) and my workout info was lost. Another time I had to take a phone call and hit stop, got off the treadmill, came back and it deleted everything I just did. That is my only "gripe" about it. Other than that, it is a nice piece of workout equipment.

EDIT: I wanted to edit my review. While I'm still angry with Amazon because of the extreme difficulty they create for buyers trying to contact sellers, Walden went way out of their way to make things right for me. Amazon really ruined this whole transaction for me. ************** I was so excited to get this item because of the size and the convenience of being able to leave it set up in one spot. The price was great. I want SO badly to love this but it has been thoroughly angering from the get-go. The two holes in the handlebar where you put the screws in to attach the screen were not lined up properly. When one hole was lined up the other was off. I ended up having to put the screw in at an angle which took a half hour. I am not stupid and very handy with tools but this was ridiculous. Finally, I was so excited to get it running it was exactly what I needed. Then it started making some kind of scruffy noise and I look at the belt which is almost touching the left hand side. So I get the so-called instructions out and see which way to turn the screws. I follow both diagrams (because all they show you is directions to turn the screw but they don't tell you which directions move the belt which way). I tried both ways and the belt doesn't move. So I give up and go to look for contact info for the manufacturer. Nothing in The Little instruction pamphlet, not a website not an email not a phone number. So I go to the orders and look for customer service on that item. Nothing no information no help. The only help was for starting a return. Then it said something about Amazon providing technical help so I tap on that button. Takes me to a screen where the notification box that says because of the snow and the weather on the east coast packages may be delayed. Not one single place on all of Amazon for me to get a simple technical answer for this $180 I really didn't have to spend. I'm so disappointed. I go even as far as thinking maybe I'm being punished for canceling my prime membership which I just can't afford anymore. I'm not stupid but I don't have anyone that can help me. The whole thing could have been so much better if that dinky little instruction book had more information than just telling me which direction to turn the screws. I've turned them in the directions they instruct me to until they're totally tight or totally lose. It's like they put the bare minimum of info in the instructions so they could put a full two pages of how to warm up before using it. Now because of crappy customer service on both Waldan's and Amazon's part I have to go through the major inconvenience of returning this. That's the only option I'm given. I would love to keep this if I could get some help.

It’s a really compact and efficient treadmill. I’m 61 so I just walk on 2.2 but it’s a nice effective walk. Good quality no issues so far. Assembly super easy just screws with provided Alan wrench. My only complaint would be the tiny wheels makes rolling it awkward ish but I keep it in my living room open all the time

This works fine and goes to 6.2. it is easy to use. it's also quite compact, so great for a small area! It's also a great height if you want to position it next to a stand-up desk. Now time for the criticisms unfortunately: It is very small. If you consider yourself tall at all, this will not feel like a normal treadmill. I'm just under 6 ft, and the handle bars and control panel come to my hips when I run. For some people this won't be a problem. For me, it kind of was a problem, as it turns out. It is also a rather short running pad. Again, this won't be a problem for me, but I'm far from a perfect runner. Next, mine came damaged. The way it was packaged, I think a driver dropped my box at some point, and a wheel got smashed. I submitted a complaint and never heard back from the company. This is a knock on how the treadmill was packaged by the company and the customer service itself for the company. Thankfully, I submitted my complaint to Amazon, and they refunded me. Also, one of the legs of the treadmill (that the control panel is attached to) is relatively wobbly. The other one is sturdy, however, so this seems to be a manufacturing issue. Ultimately, this treadmill is great for walking while working at a desk or maybe watching TV, but since it can't hold your water and barely can hold a phone, it doesn't work super well for me to work out.

I love love love it!. It is easy to store. Easy to operate and so comfortable to walk on. Ima leave it at 5 stars but my one complaint is I don’t think it came with enough lube as it does make a slight sand paper noise. But nothing bad I haven’t tried incline yet but the speed is easy to adjust per what you need it goes up slowly

Purchased this for my wife to run on. It’s much smaller than a normal sized treadmill so take note of the size carefully. You can run on it, but you have to be a little more focused on foot placement and stride because of how short and narrow it is. That may be a deal breaker for some. Seems to be semi durable, we’ll see how it holds up in the long run. It can fold down decently but it’s not going to fit under your average couch unless it’s got extra high clearance underneath. It’d be more suitable stored under a bed. Item arrived damaged but the seller was very prompt with customer service and helpful with getting the matter resolved. Again, while this can be jogged on, it is more practically suited for walking. I worry how well this will hold up with constant running. Overall, it’s not too bad.
