Update: company reached out and went out of their way to make this right. Customer service goes a long way. Replacement parts were sent and we are pleased with the experience. Seemed nice when we assembled it on Christmas. 2 days later the chair fell to the lowest setting and won’t raise, and the left arm broke off. To return we would have to take the chair apart, purchase a large box and ship back the purchase a replacement. Hoping the company will make it right. ... show more

Easy to put together, colors are vibrant, curvature of the back is great and doesn't force you to sit straight, you can also adjust how far you want to lean back even if for a short break or to stretch which i find great for my back. This char is like sitting on a piece of WOOD! If you like firm this is the chair for you. I'm 265lbs & I still needed to put more cushions to try & make it comfy for me but it didn't work. It also doesn't tilt like I thought & the foot rest is short like for a short person or kid. The high back is nice but that's about the only thing I liked about it.
