Editing to add: customer service is amazing! They were able to help with the mop feature and send some replacement parts to see if that helps. One feature I particularly love is the ability to create "no-go zones" - perfect for my open-concept home where I don't want the robot wandering into certain areas. The spot-clean function has saved me countless times, especially after my kids' snack adventures. Now, let's talk about where this robot stumbles. The mopping function? Well, it's more like a light floor tickle. I've watched it "mop" my floors, and honestly, I can barely tell the difference. For a vacuum that markets itself as a mop hybrid, that's pretty disappointing. Then there's the noise level. While the regular cleaning sound is manageable, the self-emptying function sounds like a small jet taking off in my living room. Despite these quirks, I don't regret this purchase one bit. The time I've reclaimed from not having to vacuum every day makes it worth every penny. It might not be perfect, but it's become an indispensable part of keeping my home clean with minimal effort on my part.

I had wanted this Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for a long time, and I can say with total honesty that it met and exceeded all my expectations. This robot is wonderful to keep my house spotless with minimal effort. I love how well it picks up my pets' hair thanks to its powerful suction system, and the fact that it also mops is a huge plus. Its slim design allows it to move smoothly under furniture, and the battery life is excellent, with up to 120 minutes of autonomy. In addition, it is completely autonomous: it recharges itself and continues to work without interruptions. The water tank and dust container are easy to handle, and the whole process is super quiet. Without a doubt, it is an excellent investment for those looking to keep their floors clean effortlessly. Totally recommended!

The media could not be loaded. I recently received my W11 originally a Christmas gift when I received it was boxed nicely and as was going through the features the mapping was amazing overall cleaning of the robot was great and mapped my entire house in 10 minutes the obstacle avoidance& lidar sensor above and beyond but why three stars unfortunately I tested the mopping feature and it did not put water on the mop pad also when filling up the tank and closing the tank valve the water tank starts to leak. Also when I put on the mopping bracket and install it on the robot the Vactidy app says otherwise same for the self emptying feature saying there was obstruction It’s very sad I truly loved everything else about this robot it is great it can be improved the customer service was very kind trying to help with the problem and responded quickly the robot vacuum and mop combo is kinda loud I would say when it’s self emptying about 65db. I made a test for the 3000pa as advertised and and impressively picked up cereal, Hair, and vacuumed my thick carpet decently overall I would rate the suction a 8/10 and the obstacle avoidance a 9/10 loudness 7/10 app functionality it was actually very easy to figure out so that’s a 9/10 mapping 8/10 That’s my review for the W11 PSUK vacuum and mop combo.

This robot vacuum was easy to set up and works well without spinning in circles or getting caught on things. We have two dogs and this picks up so much dog hair and dust, even after we use our normal vacuum cleaner. Comes with a few extra parts and the moping pad. Once connected to Wi-Fi, you can start using it. The app shows a layout of the area you are primarily trying to clean so it is easier to control the path of the vacuum. Rolls over area rugs easily. Hold enough debris that we don't have to empty it often. We are happy with this great purchase.

I am shocked that this has the ratings it has. It will not connect to high-speed internet. It gets stuck on the smallest thing. It will simply run into a wall and continuously bump against it instead of turning around. I should have trusted my gut and got one of the more well-known brands. It is also hard to get it align with it's charging dock. It came with basically zero instructions. It's a waste of money.
