Worked for me but I had to buy a 3 day license from GM to reprogram a vin number to my ecm. I also had to fully reset my computer to factory settings twice to get this thing to work right but I was able to use it properly after I got the programs to sync up.

I was impressed how fast the device was delivered from the US location to Germany. Price was ok for me. Unfortunately the offered free software did not work. The mechanic had to buy expensive additional software to get the new control unit on my Buick to work. Device reads ok but has problems to programm. Manufacturer replied fast to my request but could not really help too much. As it s too complicated and expensive to return the device to the US seller I will keep it.

Plenty of negative reviews for this, they are wrong... use a dedicated laptop, disable Windows Defender, watch a couple of YouTube videos. Worked exactly as it should. I was able to disable the TPMS of my 03 Corvette, which was my purpose of buying it.

The scanner works great but the install… looking at videos online did not help one bit, mainly because the software I received didn’t have the same files as the videos so I had to install everything manually. And then nothing worked so I reinstalled everything again and got one program to work. I had to go through every part of this software to figure out what wasn’t working and how to fix it only to get to the next problem. I would say this took me about 20 hours just to install this software. If you want something that is plug and play this is not for you. If you want something reasonably priced with a couple hiccups on the way keep looking. If you want to bang you head on the wall and question your sanity this is your product. Also for anyone saying it’s comes up as a virus it does but that’s kinda the nature of a cracked software which this very much is, but you can put this on a old computer with a fresh OS if it makes you that nervous.

Not as difficult to use as some reviews indicate. Works perfectly for programming. It will help operation if you know a few things about computers. Well worth the money. I used it to program a new remote key reciever. Didn't need tech support so I can't speak to that end of things. I recommend it to all my gear heads. It works and doesn't break the bank.

This product is FANTASTIC! I used the VCX Nano to reprogram a Body Control Module (BCM) in my daughters 2007 Cadillac SRX. It took me a day to figure out how to get it setup and working with the emulators. There is a specific order to install the apps so read the directions that come with the USB stick. Once I had it setup I downloaded my SPS programming from ACDelcoTDS website and I was able to connect the VCX Nano to the vehicle to program the VIN on the BCM, to set regions, program other modules, and to read and clear codes. This saved me a tow truck ride to the dealership and a couple grand the first time I used it.

This product uses a set of shady software that must be installed PERFECTLY or it doesn't work. So I spent a day reading blogs, installing, uninstalling, clicking options, fiddling with VM configurations. In the end it worked ONCE. Then after that my licenses went invalid. While I see some getting it working, your success will depend on installing the 3 installs in the right order, checking the right options, having the right USB port (seemed to have trouble with USB 3) .. just very very error prone. In the end I'd rather spend $1k and not risk bricking my car.

I had many struggles getting the software installed. All because I did not have a Windows laptop and wanted to try to use an old desktop I had laying around. Struggled for days only to find out it was my desktop that was failing. I bought an old laptop of CL for cheap. Within an hour I had the software insalled and was talking to my car. The pages with links to software are confusing, but pick the latest links and follow the videos it works. Also follow recommended hardware.
