I go to the gym most days before work and I don’t always have time to stretch, leaving me soar an cramped at my desk. I got this because I saw it advertised being helpful for recovery and boy was it right! I use the vpod after every workout and it’s easy to take with my as I slips right into my backpack. Can’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for a solution for workout recovery. It has a great app that’s easy to use and it really does work unlike some other products I tried that felt rather gimmicky.

I was so hopeful this would be the one I returned it. It worked fine for the first day then after that It would not respond would not shut off. I had to pull it off my back while still running. could not get the disc off the pad. I tried but it felt like I stuck my finger in a light socket. I put it in a safe place while still snapped to the pad to let it run itself down. then packed it up and sent it back...bought another brand much cheaper and works so well. So now I am glad this one was defective? or I would not have found the relief from the other brand product.

Great and efficient product. The TENS unit is perfect for managing pain in different parts of the body and also helps with relaxation. It’s amazing, very portable, and has a user-friendly interface. The only downside is that the app is not available in Colombia, so you need to temporarily change your account region to download and use it.

Good product once it pairs. The first week the unit paired with no problem. After that it takes about four or five attempts to pair. Very frustrating to say the least. On the up side, once paired it works well, good pain relief. Shop around, for the money spent I'm sure there's a better product that's easier and more consistent to pair

Okay, let me just say - this thing is a total game-changer for dealing with muscle aches and pains! I've struggled with lower back tightness for years from too much desk work, and I've tried all the usual remedies - heating pads, stretching, massages, etc but this one was the easiest and most convenient. it's very portable and easy to use - It's super slim and lightweight, about the length of my laptop so I was able to fit it in my tote. Best thing is that I was able to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth and manage it that way. Literally the most convenient device I've owned haha With the intensity settings, I started out low and worked my way up to higher intensities and different massage settings (kneading, cupping, etc). Important to note that it comes with different-sized pads so you can use your lower back, shoulders, etc - I personally needed the back the most. Highly recommend!

Excellent wireless unit for tens relief. But NOT STRONG ENOUGH. Easy to understand and charge. The app works on older mobile phones. Packaged well, with care. Multiple choices for diff pressure styles and times. Wireless is WAY BETTER. Using for first time and so far works okay, but not strong enough. NOTE and HINT: when the time runs out you have to turn on unit again and pair each time to blue tooth. This is not great, esp when it’s on your middle back — maybe it’s a battery saving feature? So set it longer than you want each time. Otherwise you can’t relax and need your phone with you all the time. 👎 Also marking down stars due to cost (!) as this has to have a massive mark up for what it is. The case has to cost more than the little round tens unit, I’d rather not have the fancy case and pay less —then I could buy these for everyone. If they can work out a better price for consumers and make them go to a higher pressure mode these things would fly off the shelf.

I recently started using the VPOD Tens unit and it’s been amazing for muscle tension relief. The settings are super versatile—there’s a mode for everything, from deep muscle relief, massage, or help with circulation. I also appreciate the fact that you can adjust the intensity to your comfort level too. The instruction manual was clear and everything comes packed in a neat little case that keeps its gadgets organized. So far I've already noticed less pain and stiffness in my shoulders. Overall, highly recommend to anyone trying to ease pain/tension.
