I have been dealing with chronic back pain for years. I had almost given up until I came across the VPOD. I have to say that I was skeptical at first. How could this product really make a difference? But within minutes of unpacking and charging, I affixed the VPOD to my lower back and found that my morning's spasms were disapating. After a week of use, I can attest to great flexibility and far less pain. For those of you who have used PT the feeling when the device is on and working is similar to electric stim. I would prefer if the app user's manual was a bit clearer but overall very pleased with the device and the results.

Easy to use. Good battery life. Slick interface/App. Loved the wireless! But not strong enough for my pain level. This one goes to level 20, I needed something that was more a level 40. This is not the level of relief you get from a stim machine in your PT or Chiropractor office. I was looking for something to avoid the need for prescription level pain meds to get through the day or after a long day. Unfortunately this machine was not strong enough to relieve or block the pain. I'm also a big guy 6'2 295lbs, so the largest stim pad felt small, I needed one about 2 sizes bigger for my back. Overall, this is a quality machine with good quality accessories and a great storage bag. I was impressed with it and I would say it would work great for mild to moderate pain relief, but if you suffer from a high level of chronic pain you're going to need something more on the professional level.

The app is not available for Apple “in my region or country”. This means I cannot use this device at all. I am extremely disappointed.

it is very easy to use. however it loses connection a lot then it the sticky part doesn't stick very well so then it hurts you.. i wish they would correct the sticky part.. not sure how to fix the connection problems.

I was going to chiropractor for my back pain and he uses ems machine to relieve pain so I decided to buy this device to use at home. It helps me so much relax after a long day at work, especially when I’m running all day for 13 hours. I don’t really write reviews but I feel like someone out there might need to read mines, It’s a bit pricey but works without any chords and you just need your phone and Wi-Fi.
