Box arrived damaged, but the chair was well packed and didn’t get damaged by the shipping. Once unpacked, I found a couple of tears in the PU cover on the side of the right shoulder wing (see pic). Looks like that was a manufacturer issue (poor QC), but dinged a half star for that. Also one of the screw sets had been torn open, but I found all the screws in the box. I sit on this about 8 hrs/day for work, and is ok with an added gel cushion. I’m ~220 lb and 6’ with a bony backside. It is plenty wide and elevates to a good height below a 28-30” high desk (it may be too low for a 32” or higher desk). I swapped out the longer hydraulic lift from my old chair. Otherwise far harder than my old Office Depot office chair it replaced. Also the rollers are fine and I like that they match the chair, but fairly stiff for movement. I replaced them with some big rubber wheels that also add an inch of height. Chair wheels have a standard post, so get ones you like. They pop in and out easily. I really like the padded arm rests that lower as you recline. As for assembly, it took 30 min with a power screwdriver and hex bit. The supplied hex key works fine, especially for final tightening. The instructions were ok, but tough to follow in places because the images are small and show black hardware and pointer lines against a black chair (see pic of instructions). I added pictures of some of the confusing steps to help others. Also included a pic of the instructions in case anyone is missing it. Overall, a good chair that looks good, doesn’t cost an arm or leg, I think will hold up for some time, and that is ok for long periods with an added cushion. 4.5 stars is what I’d give it if the QC were better. ... show more

My son needed a gaming chair to replace a standard office chair. This chair is comfortable, wider than the office chair, but not too big. It fits nicely in his small-ish bedroom. He is very happy and so are we.

UPDATE--Customer service is the BEST they replaced the gas cylinder and have been in touch daily. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I loved this chair the first 4 1/2 months of owning it. Everything about the game chair is great even building it up from that start, expect the foot rest. I wish they had made it more sturdy because I don't like the feel of it, I'm a little nervous about it breaking off. Wish the shipping had been faster snice I paid to get the fastest on my off day.

I'm upward of 350lbs, and this chair is nice n' comfy for a big guy. The lumbar cushion is a definite value add, and has a nice vibrating feature. I wouldn't call it a massager, but it helps. The footrest is not made for a fatty my size. I'll put one of my hamhocks on it, but not both at the same time. If you're a gamer, like me, I definitely recommend this chair . . .
