I banged my shin and got terrible swelling and bruising. Icing it wasn't helping much so I had the Arnica Gel delivered overnight. Within a couple of days the swelling and bruising went down significantly, and the pain relief was obvious after applying the gel. I have told so many people about this product. I have used it on my body after various accidents that resulted in my face, ankle, knee or other parts being swollen and/or black and blue.
