No photos, sorry. But it looks just like the photo above. About me: I'm 6'4" tall and weigh 270#. I have a 52" chest and 42" waist. NOT a small person at all. Immediately, this chair was so easy to put together. From the time I dumped it all out on the living room floor to sitting in it at my desk was about 7 minutes. I, of course, have a hex driver set that I use in my drill, which really saves a lot of time. I had ordered new "upgraded" castor wheels for my old chair because I thought the ones on it were breaking. Turns out one of the legs had broken. And twisted. Hence the new chair. But also, I cannot comment on the castors that come with this. The seat is plenty wide for my big bottom. It has an odd sort of contour to it, I guess for reasons, but it's not at all uncomfortable. I would mind if the seat was another inch or so deeper. I suppose I could just flip around the metal part that holds the seat back on... but my tools are all put away. The arm rests are a perfect height for me... slightly lower than the top of my desk (29-1/2") with the chair all the way up. The padding is soft and cushions my elbows nicely. The seat back is plenty wide. When I recline back, I feel secure and nestled in. Of course, I'm waiting for one of the legs to break, so that's a thing. The foot rest is a thing. It wasn't a huge selling point for me, and it holds the weight of my legs just fine. This is on me, though: I didn't realize this chair doesn't rock. Cr@p. I'll adjust to it, but I do like being able to recline back a little bit without fudging with levers and stuff. I'm not gonna bland the chair or the company for that though.. this was my oversight. I would have passed on this had I read more carefully. Having said that, this is a great chair so far. We'll see how long it lasts. ... show more

I love this chair, it's super comfortable and the quality seems really good (only a few loose stitches in the back on unimportant patches, thankfully. I was worried when I saw past orders had some rips or tears). The only thing I currently have a problem with the chair is the wheels seem almost completely stuck when I'm sitting in the chair and trying to move around. I'm not sure if there's a mechanism I'm supposed to adjust so they don't rotate during shipment but I didn't see anything on the instructions and can't seem to find any part on the wheels themselves that would cause this. If I do manage to fix it I'll definitely update and give this 5 stars. Great chair overall, and at a great price compared to other extremely expensive gaming chairs. ... show more

Assembled chair and went to put on lumbar support and found one of the buckles was broke, likely happened during shipping. Contacted customer support and within a day they had expedited a new lumbar support. Great chair (extremely comfy) and even better customer service

I normally never write a review but this was too good not to. I ordered the black chair and the pink chair. They both look amazing and are incredibly comfortable. My old chair was old so I had to replace it. These were cheaper and better in every way. They look better, they're more comfortable, and it has a massager! Great purchase, I will be recommending these to all my friends. In addition, I have had a lot of trouble with the delivery and a missing part. Chair is easy to assemble. I was able to put it together myself in a relatively short time. The lumbar pillow massages great. The chair itself is quite comfortable, even when it's fully reclined. I did receive the box open, but everything inside was intact. I'm 5'5 and my feet barely hit the floor with the chair fully lifted up. I was eyeing this exact one for a month and this company helped me find the right one! Keep an eye on the chairs because they do sell fast. There is 100% great customer service and they will email you as soon as they can. I am pleased and I respect the great service I recieved.
