I really like this chair. It’s comfortable and has a good amount of cushion to it. I like that you’re able to bring the seat back and keep it at any angle. The arm rests are also customizable - you can choose for it to be closer or further away from the chair as well as adjust their height. The foot rest doesn’t always glide smoothly but I’m sure there’s an easy fix for that. Either way, it’s a very good addition to the chair. This chair is very comfy with and without the pillow. The cloth material feels like a comfy sofa, and not to mention how easy it is to built it. it doesnt take all day but just an hour tops. Easy to move in a carpet and tile floors and heck maybe the grass.However I order big and tall and it barely reaches the top of my head (Im 5 foot 4 btw), but that wont matter to me so beware of your height if buying. It reclines all the way back until you're on your back. there is a handle to keep it the way you like it reclined, if not it will never stay still. Not really Tall, to be honest. It looks good, but not so comfortable. I'm 6.0 foot tall and the area on a chair dedicated for the head is around my shoulder blades. Armrests is nice and soft, really good. It was easy to asseble and install. It is not so comfortable in lower back even with the pillow. In general, I would say it is good looking, not really soft, not really tall, but OK. With that price, probably, I should not expect more. ... show more

Nice chair. Very comfortable! Relatively easy to put together. The reason for my 3 star review is it came in damaged. I did not use anything sharp to open the inside packaging and the box was not damaged upon arrival. I did try to reach out to see if they could replace the foot rest only but never got a response back. Was not going to return the whole thing since the packing got damaged in unpacking. So pretty disappointing that it came in damaged but overall a nice comfortable computer chair. ... show more

PROS: The most comfortable computer chair I’ve sat on. Best features: reclines at an angle you can nap at and the leg rest is convenient for stretching out.
