First, the packaging was very, very good with this scooter. It arrived safely with no damage. Unpacking and assembly was really very straightforward. In fact, I only looked at the instructions when I was done to get the link to the phone app. All of the tools that you need are provided and it only took a few minutes to get everything together and to get on the road. Overall, I am really impressed with this scooter. I got the 350W motor version with a top speed of 19 mph. I really wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough for me, and I wasn’t sure how well it would carry me around, as I am 220 lbs. Well, I should not have been concerned! The frame of the scooter is built really strong with very nice welding. It should be able to handle my weight with no issue! The motor is strong and has no problem zipping up to the top speed of 19 mph. It’s also very smooth, no jerkiness at all with the throttle response: just nice, even power coming from the motor. Frankly, I was pretty surprised what this feels like at 19 mph. The scooter is very stable at all speeds, but 19 mph feels very different when you are completely exposed on a scooter as opposed to driving in a car. To me, 19 mph feels really fast and is probably as fast as I would want to go on a scooter. I had also been looking at electric bikes that can go up to 40 mph, and now that just seems like it would be crazy scary to me. 19 mph is plenty fast if you are just zipping around city blocks, running errands, or to take a quick run to the store. This was the biggest surprise to me with this scooter. I thought I was going to feel like the top speed was lacking, but I am actually quite satisfied with the performance and glad that I bought this particular model. I would definitely recommend the Volpam 350W scooter to others. It’s a lot of fun, convenience, and value for such a low price. I am super happy with the quality and performance!

When I purchased this for my son so he can get back-and-forth to school. And I wrote it, it's very great potter in for the price. I have no problems with it, but sometimes the power button to turn it on and off, but it's a great product. It's very safe, it's very fast. My son loves his new scooter, and i'm actually going to go purchase two more

I purchased this VOLPAM scooter in December 2024 for $219, and before it was even two years old it developed an E7 error and stopped working properly. I contacted VOLPAM and went through the troubleshooting steps they requested, including checking the HALL line connections. Their support indicated that the problem could be related to the motor/HALL line. After troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, I was expecting assistance with a replacement motor. Once they asked for my Amazon order information and saw the purchase date, I was told the scooter only has a one-year warranty and that I should find a local repair shop. They offered no other assistance because the warranty had expired. I understand that the written warranty is one year, but I am very disappointed that a $219 scooter did not even make it two years and that the manufacturer would not offer any help with the replacement part after troubleshooting the issue with me. Based on the longevity of the scooter and my experience with customer support, I would not purchase another VOLPAM scooter. I’m sharing my experience so other buyers know what to expect if something goes wrong after the first year.

Great for the money! Everything works great. Only thing I don't like is if your on a rough pavement, you will feel all the bumps and vibrations. I am going to put rubber where I stand to absorb some of the vibrations. Great little scooter!

I use this scooter for work, doing door to door deliveries, and it's fantastic. I was a little skeptical of it's claims, but they're mostly true. I'm 6'2", and 235 pounds, so I wasn't sure this scooter would work for me, but I took the chance, and I'm very glad I did. Even with my weight, I can get this thing to go 18mph. That's mostly over flat areas, and a little faster going down hill. It's light-ish, folds up easily, and fits in my trunk. For what I use it for, it's great. However, going up hill is not that great. It does down a lot on minor inclines, down to 4mph, and has come to a complete stop in some instances. Once been able to kick off, and keep it from stopping, but it is an issue of like to know about before buying. Also the battery only lasts about 6 miles for me. Not bad, but not great either. Both of those issues are compounded by my weight, and size so take that in to account for what you want the scooter for. All in all, it carries my weight at a really good speed, makes my life easier, and feels very sturdy. And at this price, you can't beat that.

I’ve been waiting to leave a review to make sure this was still working well, and it is. I got this for my 15-year-old son six weeks ago and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for him. He rides the scooter almost every day, and we have not had a single problem with it. He loves how easy it is to ride, the app that comes with it, and the fact that he can lock it with the app to help prevent theft, The smoothness of the ride, the speed variations of the scooter, the links of the battery, and more. The brakes on the scooter work wonderfully, and I love that it has lights for when he rides it at night. He rides the scooter to and from school, to and from friends houses, to the grocery store, and even to take our energetic dogs on runs. I was at first nervous about taking the dogs on a run with it in case they went in front of him, but the brakes work so well that he has never had a problem, and the dogs learned really fast to run next to him. The battery life on the scooters is fantastic! He can go a couple of days without charging, although I try to have him charge it every day, sometimes he forgets and it’s not a problem. My teenager is 5’9” tall and wears men’s shoe size 11. He doesn’t have a problem fitting on the scooter. For me, I wish the scooter was a little bit longer for where to put your feet, but that’s because I don’t have as good of balance as he does. I wear size 10 women’s shoes and I cannot fit both of my feet facing forward on the scooter, they have to be a little diagonal to fit, which means you need to have balance if you have big feet. In my neighborhood at least 50% of people have electric scooters, and we paid way less for this one than they did for theirs, so with that in mind, the value of the scooter is excellent, even if the space to put your feet is a little smaller than I’d like. Overall, this is an excellent buy, and we will probably purchase at least one more for my 13-year-old son, and maybe another one for me, if I can get my balance good enough. I recommend this electric scooter to anyone looking for a good value for a durable electric scooter.

So far so good! Got them setup and kids using them straight away. Package arrived undamaged and securely packed. Came with a full charge but put them on included charger for a few hours as per the instructions before use. Setup was a breeze, 4 screws which are provided with the tool included to accomplish. Headlight is bright as tested last night and they are super quiet. Feels well built and relatively light once folded for transport. Downloaded the app and set some of the parameters like acceleration profile and braking. Great idea if you want to limit for younger children the power delivery. 3 modes are really different and great depending on environment. Will report back if we have any issues but me and my boys are thrilled with the purchase. *I purchased the black and orange models x2*

A pretty solid sturdy scooter, I've only ever had this one so Im not an expert. The battery life works well for me I ride around 5 miles a day and i'm able to comfortably do 3-4 days without recharging. Pretty light weight and compact; I am able to fold it up and sling it on my shoulder to get on the bus and have it only take up the seat beside me. The app is also useful, I like how you can manage the top speeds on each mode and have cruise control. I was worried about riding at night since the scooter is colored is all black/grey, but it does have a head light and reflective tires. The main issue I have with it is the suspension is non existent and the wheels are hard, which is great for not popping but you can fly off the scooter if you hit a crevice to deep (which I have and since then have been extremely careful) which is somewhat difficult in the city I live it. like even a uneven sidewalk makes you white knuckle the handle bars im hope you don't come crashing down. But still love this thang. update: After almost a year I had to drop a star because again not only the wheels very bad for bumpy roads. Somehow around the 4 month mark- while riding at full speed during a very well known, smooth path. All the sudden I completely fly off the scooter. About 10ft away from the scooter, I had no chance to prepare to fall like the other times since the path was completely clear. I had no idea why initially but when I came back to my scooter the wheel was completely sideways as the handle bars were straight. I tightened all the screws and knobs but the wheel spun bound to nothing. I had several people look at it and found the welding was not connected but rust trying to hold it together. I took good care of this scooter it was never outside unless for riding and stored indoors between rides. there was no way for rust to form that quickly, especially how was I supposed to know if I had no idea to look there. After a while of trying to fix it I called customer service (and telling me tighten all the screws and such which I already did) they told me to send in my scooter and replaced it with a new one. I think I got a faulty one honestly. the new one was basically the same except it rode a lot smoother and stayed a consistent speed. Plus I ride it the same as the last and theres no rust.
