I purchased this lift to help transfer my mom from bed to wheel chair around the hoyseand to the car. We are experimenting with getting her off the bed and to the wheelchair successfully. The issue we have is sufficient back support to keep a person short from falling through under the back support. Mom is petite and the back support only supports her head and hurts her kneck. I have had to use a large wedge to support her back safely. Suggestion the back support needs to extend down to the back area to accommodate petite elderly with limited mobility. I will add to my review as we use it to tranfer to the car and out of the car. With this experience I have to give a 4 star ... show more
