If you're looking for a budget friendly scooter that you can sit on, like a moped, this is the scooter for you! It has a decent speed and range but it's handling is a bit to get used to. If you don't crank the throttle all the way it will at times, be a bit unstable but the suspension makes every bump feel like nothing. The foldability is practically useless since only the handle bar folds, which is ok but leaves the seat and everything else in the way when you need to store it or transport it. This is only a minor issue given that this scooter has ample power to get you short distances with enough safety and security features to make it worth the investment. If you're looking to make this more durable, you could install non-pnematic tires on this scooter (i.e. solid rubber tires.) It's the only possible issue with tube tires is having to inflate and/or replace then when they puncture. This style on scooter should make replacements cheap with thier 16 by 2.5 inch tires so that's a plus! (Roughly 60$ a tire.)

Wife really likes this scooter, put about 400 miles on it. Does 20 mph which is perfect for her and her travels. Then we had an issue with the hub failing and would only spin without weight on it. It just made a grinding noise when you sat down to go. Gotrax customer support quickly answered and sent a replacement out and when we received it the cable was severed in shipping. They promptly sent out another to replace the replacement and it has been working great since installing. Great communication without any lapses in response on their part. She previously had the Gotrax flex voyager and just wore the battery down so we decided to upgrade rather than replace the battery.
