The media could not be loaded. When first installed TV seemed great. Was short lived. It's now flashing black boxes all over the place when powered on. Sadly I no longer have the box so I'm doubtful I can return it. Trying Vizio tech support but doubt that will get me anywhere either.     • Manufacturers flaw in display screen
Kudos to Amazon for fast delivery but it was not hand delivered as stated.. Delivery left it on the front porch. (No call but ahead of the promise date) No visible physical damage and worked well when tested on the floor. Unit was wall mounted following waiting time for power receptacle installation. Once the unit was hung on the wall a noticeable flaw was discovered at the base of the screen. A wrinkle in the base of the display only detectable once it was hung. All features work well but still familiarizing myself with them. User friendly so only issue is the distortion on the bottom of the display. Amazon referred me to the manufacturer because the installation delay put the exchange outside of their policy by 20 days. More Kudos to Vizio for standing behind their product. You can tell more about a company's integrity on how they handle things when something goes wrong more so than when things go right. Quick exchange from Vizio and new one works and looks perfect. ... show more

I've only had this tv for a year. I went out to check the mail and came back there was lines going through it and the picture was distorted. I contacted Vizio and after troubleshooting (unplugging and powering it on and off multiple times) he recommended that I just buy a new one. This is BEYOND satisfying.     • Hard to set up and reset multiple times
It keeps shutting off by itself hard to get tv and channels back I have to unplug and restart ... pain in the butt.
