I was skeptical of this, but it seems to be helping. I'm 82, and have a huge number of allergies and some autoimmune problems. This is not a magic wand to fix it all instantly, but it does seem to be helping me get healthier, slowly but surely. I got this about a month ago. I've been using it at the lowest level for 30 minutes at a time. When you start it up, it automatically runs for 30 minutes and then stops. You can override this, but it was recommended, so that's what I'm doing. For the first two weeks, I used it once a day, and then I upped it to twice a day. In the beginning, it made me very tired and sleepy about a half hour to an hour after I used it. Now, it still makes me sleepy for a while after I use it, but that effect is gradually wearing off. I think what is happening is that it's increasing my circulation, and I'm starting to eliminate the amount of residual allergens in my body. It stirs up the problem and makes me deal with it. But over the long haul, I'm feeling a bit better all the time. It's happening slowly, but it does seem to be happening. It's convenient. You can do this while watching TV, reading, and almost anything you can do while sitting. This seems to be a good way to get into exercising for people who are really out of shape, or who are trying to recover from being really sick. I've been feeling so bad for so long that I've been doing less and less, and I suspect my lack of movement or just doing things hasn't helped. I feel like I've changed direction and headed into a healthier way of handling things. ... show more
