Assembly was easy, and well made ,but when l tried to use the butterfly attachments l could not reach them laying down on the bench, l am an average 6ft man with an arm span of 52 inches but these attachments are 81inches apart you’d have to be 8ft tall or a gorilla to use them. Measure your arm span before buying, l had to narrow the bench 10 inches and move the arm pads in to be able to use. BUYER BEWARE

This is a pathetic excuse for a weight bench. The arm extensions are so wide and far that you'd have to be a giant with a huge wingspan just to use it properly and the motion that it creates when using it is definitely not natural at all. Very limited usage of this thing. When using the leg portion, you are going to bruise the insides of your thighs because the bench is so narrow that you have to squeeze the bar running up the middle just to stay on there. Instant buyer's remorse on this one!

Actual strength of machine is written tricky says 300 for person + 220 for weight bar MAX... Actually it is 330LB Total for both.
