I have maintained my above ground pool for 22 years. I know how to open a pool. I have never used the coupler with the two other caps provided. There was no instructions on how to assemble the pump with these. I use the coupler with clamps to hold them in place. The power is perfect for my large above ground pool. Better instructions would have earned 5 stars.

Being towards the end of the summer, and the end of full season when my pump went out and I had to get a new one, my pool people said they could get me their discount for $350, so I didn’t really wanna spend that much at the end of the year I checked out Amazon found this little gem asked my Pool Lady if it was enough horsepower because I have an extremely large pool it’s 30’ x 30’ and 5 foot deep so that’s 30 foot across and 5 foot deep. She told me yeah it would do just fine so I ordered it they put it on. Damn that little gem has changed my filtration system. I didn’t realize how bad the other one was lacking until now so so far so good it’s been a week well worth the money and was delivered in two days, so I’m I’m very satisfied with this purchase, this is one of those times where buying some thing a lot cheaper then what most places and brands are charging was worth the risk

I bought the pump in May of 2024. It has been used a lot as well as being turned on and off a lot. It hs not failed,leaked,hummed, high pitched and has not over heated. I just turned it back on on May 12 of this year 2025. It came on instantly with no issues. It was used from May of 2024 through half of September. According to other reviews there has been issues, but occasionally there's issue with most of anything thats mechanical. At this point I would purchase it. I have to give it 5 stars.

Bought this on Mar 26th 2023, it started leaking in Oct 2023. I called Vivohome and they said they would contact Amazon and I would be getting an email from Amazon with return instructions within 48 hours. That was on Jan 25th 2024. Today is Feb 5th and I have received no email. I called Amazon and they informed me that they wouldn't email me that kind of information since their return window was over. It would only be the manufacturers warranty. Which makes total sense. I tried calling Vivohome again but got a voicemail that said they were closed. Ill keep trying. *****Update***** Today is Feb 26th, and I am still getting the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are currently trying push my issues onto Amazon which is def not the case. Called VIVOHOME at 11:06am and the message said they were closed and I should try between the hours of 7am-5pm PST. Im in EST so they should have been open according to their hours. This is a nightmare and I know Im probably out the money and a pump, which is really disheartening. ****Final Update*** Feb 22nd I received an email once again stating I needed to contact Amazon which is not the case because I already did contact Amazon. So I called VIVOHOME again on Feb 27th 2024. It was then that I was informed by VIVOHOME that the product I bought from Amazon was considered used and VIVOHOME doesn't extend any warranty's on "used" items. The reason it is considered "used" by VIVOHOME is because the pump was sold on Amazons store front and not VIVOHOMES store front. So buyers beware!!!!! VIVOHOME is a horrible company to try to do business with and I will never again buy from them. Horrible customer service with nothing but the run around. I wish there was a zero star option.
