This device is doing what I needed it to do. I have been having mobility issues for a long time and with that I have lost a lot of my strength. Here lately, just getting out of bed has been a painful challenge. I have a split king adjustable bed that is pretty high off the floor. I had read that these probably wouldn't work but after looking at the construction of this device I decided to try it anyway because I was desperate. Let me preface by telling you I have a thick and very heavy mattress on this bed. My husband just slid the device between the mattress and the bottom of our bed. The strap was not utilized at all. It works like a charm! It not only helps me to get out of the bed but to get into it as well. I feel like I want to cry because I had almost given up. I hope this will be helpful for one other person that is out there struggling like I was. Sincere thanks for the designer and manufacturer of this product. I am so grateful.
