I watched all the YouTubes that I could find on shoulder replacements. A man said that this was a must so I ordered it right away. The PT came to my house the day after surgery and I asked him if I could use it. I do have an adjustable bed so that helped but I was able to pull myself out of bed without any problems. I am seven weeks out from surgery and I still use the ladder each time I get out of bed. The picture doesn’t look very nice but it needs to be tied securely and don’t get your feet caught under the covers. Keep the covers loose or you won’t be getting out of bed! ... show more
