This is my favorite Probiotic after no longer being able to get my usual probiotic. It did take me several months to realize when I needed to take it to make it work. At first, I took it in the morning and afternoon, drinking lots of water afterward as one should with probiotics. After multiple incidents during the night over months of use, it almost worked as I needed. I switched to taking in the Afternoon (3 pm) and at bedtime, and drinking lots of water at bedtime, as one should with probiotics all day! :-) It now works great. I'm regular just before bedtime, and life is happy. My septic has no problems either! :-) I feel great when I have great movements, enough said! It's tasteless and otherwise I am healthy.

The Best Probiotic!

This probiotic has been a huge help in my journey to improve gut health and keep my bowel movements regular. I heard that if you're new to probiotics, you should start with a lower CFU count since a high dose might cause a lot of trips to the bathroom, but since I used to struggle with constipation, I figured the more strains, the better. For me, this was kind of exactly what I needed. Ever since I started taking these and drinking lots of water, I haven't gotten constipated again. It’s even helped clear up my skin. I don't get nearly as much acne as I used to. I've bought these probiotics six times now, and they have yet to let me down. They are easy to swallow, and I've never had any side effects. You can take them with or without food (I haven't noticed much of a difference). They don't upset my stomach at all. I've recommended this probiotic to my family members, and they've loved it too.

I started taking probiotics, I liked it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. After 7 days of taking, bloating decreased. Of course, probiotics contribute to strengthening the beneficial flora in the body and enhancing their important functions, such as maintaining the normal movement of the intestines, completing digestion processes, absorbing nutrients, and enhancing the body's resistance against infection. Quality product, problems such as bloating and constipation go away. I feel that it really helps to maintain a regular bowel routine and along the way also functions as a probiotic and helps to strengthen my immune system. Digestion improved, the next day the intestines returned to normal. I would like to continue.
