The chair came nicely packed. Very easy to build about 15 min.. The cut in the side is very small and real not a big deal. I used threadedlocker blue 242 for the bolts so they will not come loose. 1 of the bolts gave me a hard time going in like the threads did line up but with my drill I got it to take. Overall the chair is good looking and comfortable. I will buy a pad for the seat not because it not comfortable but because I like the extra cushion. I'm 5-10, 208lb. The foot rest thing I'm not to sure about I didn't buy it for that so not to worried if it breaks off or I might just take it off, but it feels like it would bend with my legs on it, or not last very long if I used it. I will buy another one in 3 months for my wife maybe the pink one if this one holds up. I will do another review in 3 months or if something breaks.

I love the look of this chair. It’s clean, pretty colors. BUT if you have wide hips or legs, this isn’t the chair for you. On the seat, there’s a lip where it hits my legs and digs in and same with my husband. Good for price we bought it for, just wish the seat was a tad bit wider

This is the best gaming chair let alone gaming chair with foot rest that has been the most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned. Installation was fast and quick. Would recommend buying it and will buy again

Comes exactly how it's pictured. If your like me you got this chair because it's one of the more visually pleasing chairs that you can get for this price. I expected a chair not a 300$ lazy boy, and that's what I got. Everything is actually pretty nice for this price however some parts I got where scratched and definitely worn. The parts you actually see came in really good shape like the cloth or fake leather or whatever. I'm 5'11 and the head pillow sits right where it should/in my neck area, not too high. I think if your taller than 6'2, 6'3 look elsewhere. Considering all, I gave it a 4 mostly because of price point and visuals. If your looking for somthing that's going to be comfortable without modifications for a few years this is not it. Biggest weak point is definitely the seat cushion, it doesn't hold up more than a month or two of sitting.

Personally this was worth the money for me since I only paid 150 for it. Took me about 20 minutes to put together. I'm only 5'3 so it's perfect for my height. I'll update this review in about a month or so on wear & tear.
