Comes exactly how it's pictured. If your like me you got this chair because it's one of the more visually pleasing chairs that you can get for this price. I expected a chair not a 300$ lazy boy, and that's what I got. Everything is actually pretty nice for this price however some parts I got where scratched and definitely worn. The parts you actually see came in really good shape like the cloth or fake leather or whatever. I'm 5'11 and the head pillow sits right where it should/in my neck area, not too high. I think if your taller than 6'2, 6'3 look elsewhere. Considering all, I gave it a 4 mostly because of price point and visuals. If your looking for somthing that's going to be comfortable without modifications for a few years this is not it. Biggest weak point is definitely the seat cushion, it doesn't hold up more than a month or two of sitting. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Worth it. Sturdy, strong and big enough. I’m about 5’11 175 lbs and i sit with my legs up crossed like I’m meditating while I’m gaming and I’m able to do this with this chair. Unfortunately after several months this chair is showing why it is inexpensive. I have a few places the material is wearing through and i don't use it all that much. The back is now crooked and it leans. I'm 6' 1" 245lbs and it doesn't hold up to me. I wouldn't recommend this for an adult, for a child it's probably really good. ... show more
