Love this chair! Well made, reasonably easy to assemble and very comfy. Enough room for me and my four furbabies. Also will use for my young grandkids to sleep on when staying overnight. It has good back support and the seat cushion is medium firm but not hard. It's a little big for my room but I like the modern look. Considering buying another one for the living room in a different color.

This chair is exactly as pictured. The assembly was easy, and took two of us less than 30 minutes to complete. The most difficult part of the assembly was zipping the arm cushions onto the arms. It seems like several components might actually be machine washable, which is good to know. The chair is super comfortable and the perfect size for what I was hoping for my reading nook. Both my husband and I can fit on it comfortably, together and separately (see his 6’4” self in the last pic, for reference). The only downside is that the back pillows are not as fluffy/supportive as I wish they were. And this is not a big deal for me, since I’m 5’2”, but in case anyone needs to know, it is not a tall piece of furniture. (I think the dimensions shown in the description pictures are pretty accurate). Overall VERY happy with my purchase and the price point.

The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome piece of furniture to have in your house! It is so cozy and I use it as my reading nook! I love how this turned out. It is very soft and comfortable. It was also very easy to assemble and the pillows are actually very fluffy. We will be snuggling up on this all fall and winter! It look so nice in our living room and the pillows really help the back support. Very happy with this lounge.

Researched this chaise for months before deciding to purchase it. It did not disappoint me at all. The chaise is so comfortable and inviting. I've watched several movies and shows on it and seem to can't stay awake. Don't even think twice to purchase it. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble it by myself. Directions are straight forward and easy. Also, I purchased the green color, and it is stunning!

Unable to secure backrest to the seat support due to poor manufacturing. There are no threads for the bolts to go into for the seat support. Only way to contact customer service is through email and they haven’t responded yet. Now I have to have an unfinished chair, tons of boxes/packaging sitting out until this gets resolved because I don’t know if I am going to have to packaging everything back up and return it. This company is wasting my precious time and doesn’t even have a phone number. Pathetic.
