I unfortunately have to rate this very low. Issues: 1. Constant crashes due to graphics card. Particularly bad when alt-tabbing out of games. This is extremely disruptive, whether playing a game or just watching videos. (yes, all drivers and OS are up to date) 2. No replies from support. I haven't submitted an issue for my graphics card yet, because I have 2 other issues I haven't received a reply from. 3. Keyboard came non-functional 4. Top case fane and CPU cooler RGB aren't controllable, constant color changing. My previous PC was a SkyTech and I love it. I had 1 issue which was promptly dealt with from their support. This one is awful, and support is non-existent. I'm not sure what changed with the company, but it has really done a poor job with PC. Hopefully it's just my bad luck and others don't have this same experience. ... show more
