I love to cook. I started getting HelloFresh meal kits in early 2023, and ever since then, we’ve been making our own food instead of going out or having it delivered. I have a LOT of pots and pans already. Cast iron, stainless steel, probably $3000 worth. But, unless I’m cooking something that requires having more than one pot, this is the only one I use! I really is non-stick, so I can get away with using a tiny bit of oil to cook chicken or ground turkey or beef. It heats up evenly, and I love the little indicator on the handle that tells me when it’s hot enough. I really like the wooden handle, because it doesn’t get hot. I also really like that there are two spouts — one on each side — so pouring sauce is not messy. It’s really lightweight, it’s easy to maneuver with one hand, which is the opposite of what I use to use: a Le Creuset enameled cast iron pan. I’ve pretty much retired that one: it was a nearly $300 mistake. I’ve never put it in the dishwasher, I just put it in the sink with a little soapy water, and by the time I finish eating, I can just give the pan a quick scrub with a nylon brush, and then I rinse it. I like everything about this frying pan. It has two pour spouts. It's weight, depth, and handle are just perfect. It is best to wash with dish soap and a 1/2 sheet paper towel.

this pan is great. I've only used it twice so far but it appears as though it will be the work horse in my kitchen. Water touches it and it just seems to clean itself.
