Great projector is you want 1080. Super bright. I have a light meter and compared the brightness to my 1500 lumen projector and it was about 2.5-3 times brighter. So pretty close to what I expected. This is manual keystone, not auto like many new projectors, this is a bit of a pain if you put it away and set it up each time but for a more permanent setup this would be perfect. Ultimately, I decided I wanted 4k, I tested the nebula x1, found it to be full of great features but it lacked the brightness needed so went with 4k version of this. ... show more

This projector was purchased for a church sanctuary to replace an antiquated 4:3 projector that had been in service many years and was dim. Our screen is a 16:9 widescreen. This projector exceeded our expectations. The projection is very bright, crisp and clear. We paired this with an HDMI dongle and live video played beautifully. This unit works great it is not as bright as I would have expected it to be. Be aware of the brightness. Picture quality is decent must turn lights down does not work well in bright room. The price is ok for the value imo.

They get one star because it appears to be working But I was sent a box that was damaged and a power supply that was clearly used before and the main unit has scuffs on it. Definitely not the value of the $1400 I paid. I did not buy used.

Excellent quality picture for a short throw projector. It's clear, crisp and bright. I've used other short throw projectors for events (rear screen), and this one is the best so far.
