The chair is cheaply made and reeks of chemicals. Parts for the leg rest are missing, and so are some bolts. The Alan wrench provided barely made it putting this chair together. The bolts that came with this chair are horrendous. Three of them stripped trying to assemble the chair and one came completely deformed. Pick a different chair than this one. **UPDATE** I also tried to take apart the chair so I can return it but the bolts stripped so now I can not fit this back in the box to return it. The good: Chair was super easy to assemble. Wife did it while I was working with no issues. Chair is comfy. Leg rests helps with feet swelling while sitting at a desk for a 13 hour shift. After using for awhile tge chair just drops for no reason. Not comfortable for long work days/gaming sesseions. You can do better. Cons USB cable for vibration in back pad broke first time my kids spun the chair around. The head rest loop needs to be shorter so it will stay in place better. ... show more

I do not know why people rate this chair so well. I do not feel like I made a good purchase for 170 USD. My mother bought a different chair for 30 USD less, with more features. Here are the issues I have with mine: - Arm rests are NOT adjustable (they don't say that they are, but the images look like other chairs that DO have adjustable arm rests). This one is kind of on me - I shouldn't be ordering a chair using just the mobile app. - My right arm rest is loose internally. I can literally shake/wiggle the arm rest. Every time my elbow hits it, it makes noise and wiggles. The left arm rest does not do this. The reason that this happens is because of a piece of metal that the plastic screws into is too small. - I constantly mix up the height/recline levers. Reclining is more frequently used than height adjustment - why does it have to be harder to reach? (context: I am tall and lanky, and have difficulty reaching this control) - To call the pillow a "massaging" pillow is a misnomer. They should be describing it as a vibrator, because that's what it does. There are no massaging bumps that move. - Coming out of the box, the back of the chair had some sort of a liquid stain. This stain did not come off fully with a Clorox wipe. The stain is vaguely white and quite large - as if someone spilled a drink in the factory. - Similar to the back piece, the seat had some sort of oily film on it, but that came off fairly well. Here is what I DO like about this chair: - It is moderately comfortable. The pillows are easy to reposition and maintain their position well. - It is easy to use and was simple to assemble (also the instructions were on 4x3 foot poster lol) - The vibrating pillow is nice, and you can add a battery bank to the chair so you don't have to worry about remembering that your chair has an anchor (pillow is powered by USB). Although, you probably won't want the pillow on for more than 30 minutes. - The attachment for the back piece is at the back, which is much easier to assemble than if it were on the side (especially assembling with just one person). - The reclining mechanism is different from what I've seen on other chairs, and I kind of like it.     • Decent Computer Chair
This chair is pretty decent for gaming/computer use. The construction was fairly simple though without another person around to help the last couple of steps will be very difficult for most. There are two seat adjustments, one for height and one for back angle - I love that this includes a back angle adjustment! That really helps with comfort and utility (gaming or sitting back to watch a screen). The seat itself is very long, making the adjustable lumbar and back pads that it comes with essential just to sit normally. It does come with two features you don't typically find with most chairs - a massage option and a fold-out footrest. I am not interested in the massage option so I can't speak to that; the footrest is a neat idea but it doesn't pull out very far so unless you are shorter it is really more of a lower-leg rest. Overall this is a decent chair for the price. The ergonomics are a little weird since it seems designed for taller people (because it has a very long seat) but then the footrest attachment doesn't pull out far... so the basic ratios could use some reconfiguring. But overall this is a comfortable, easily adjustable, sturdy chair and I'm happy with it. ... show more

I purchased this chair to compliment a Steelers themed man cave/game room and it fit in perfectly. I never put full stars for the “sturdiness” of any item that has to be assembled because the item is only as sturdy as a person builds it. There was a huge poster inside the box with actual HD photos of the chair that illustrate step by step instructions on exactly how to assemble the unit. Of course I used a touch of Gorilla glue to make sure the bolts don’t loosen up. A similar chair purchased for my daughter at American Furniture Warehouse cost my wife $229 and it didn’t have a lumbar massager or is nearly as good materials as this unit. As a long sufferer of back pain, this chair is really comfortable and supportive. It was delivered without any issues and my daughter put it together for me in about 30 mins. It’s super comfortable and forces me to sit upright. The head rest is perfect height for me and the lumbar pillow is softer than I thought it would be considering there is a massager inside. My chair did come with an additional lumbar pillow without a massager as well. I would definitely recommend this chair to others. Three family members already plan on buying a chair for themselves after seeing and sitting in mine. ... show more
