This video doorbell camer was affordable. The picture quality was better than expected. Cons would be you have to make a purchase to see the videos recorded and setting up took forever. Overall nice doorbell.

I needed a doorbell camera for the fence. It performed well outdoors and different type of weather elements. I initially attached it to the fence and later found a doorbell camera box to place the unit in. Either way, I didn't have any issues with it outside in the weather. Recently had tornadoes to touch down in the Panhandle and the unit continued to work until we lost of power (causing internet outage). Honest review the camera works fine but if you don’t purchase the cloud storage you can’t see your videos the battery doesn’t hold charge for long and the doorbell doesn’t ring but I have to admit to you the cheaper the price the cheaper quality and the customer service is rude !!!

The doorbell/camera itself seems to be working fine, with no problems noticed as of yet. The problems are with the app needed to access the camera/microphone, video, etc, as it doesn't work nearly as well as it should. More cons than pros. Subscription plans for cloud storage are for 6 months and annual are affordable. You can unsubscribe at any time, but subscription stays active until whatever plan you paid for ends, and no refunds for early cancelation. Paid for annual subscription but haven't been able to access any videos, still being deferred to subscribe page. I can still view while live, but if I needed to see any videos I'm out of luck. Chat only works occasionally, takes days to see replies after being notified of them. Even if I return this to get a refund, I'm out the cost of the yearly subscription. Why buy a product if only parts of it work? ... show more

I have a friend that spent twice the amount for a doorbell camera similar to this one. It took us almost an hour to set it up. I took 10 minutes with this one. It has all of the same features as the expensive ones but not the price. I have not seen it's performance in bad weather like rain so I can't say overall this is a good product. The other thing I didn't like is the adhesive needs to be stronger or use the screws that came with it. ... show more
