Arrived and we assembled which wasn’t too difficult. Not extremely sturdy and the pull out tray if for the entire upper floor, so you have to remove anything up there including the ramp to clean. Design is not that great.

The instructions and before everything is even done when the screws come they’re all in one package and nothing is labeled or set apart so make sure you sort your screws and count them before you start also the little latch on the door will not lock the door stopper animal from pushing out so you’re gonna have to go get your own lock latch. Very thin wood, will do for price range though. I haven't figured out how the pull out tray it to work if the ramp is attached to the tray itself. The tray can be pulled out a little for cleaning with ramp attached but not fully removable for easy cleaning. Not sure yet is bun bun likes it or not she is hiding in the little room part scared. :( This is an outdoor bunny hutch right? Well we finally got it put together and realized that the roof is just covered with the fabric and no shingles or anything else. It was way past us taking this thing apart and sending it back. The instructions was wrong and pre-cuts and predri drills were wrong cost way too much money for something that was made of cheap product

I’m not returning it because I did hack it together, my kids bunny is in it half broken until I can afford a nicer hutch. This product is terrible. Nothing lined up. No instructions. Pieces broke literally the first day. The roof is broken off. Door doesn’t work. We’re a very handy family. We made this crap work but it is not worth the money. ... show more

It was way way way too small for any kind of rabbit. Maybe dwarf rabbits but mine could hardly even turn around in there. Not worth the price at all.

Not happy at all with this! Missing parts no ladder, no hardware, no drawer or knobs. Not sturdy and no body answers the phone!!
