Bought this pump to pull water from our pond to run down a rock wall for watering bees. The first control was defective, which they nicely replaced right away. After charging for 2 solid days in our desert sun, it ran all day till almost sunset. There after it would start to run late in the morning and stop before sunset. It worked well enough for our needs…..4 months later it stopped altogether. I pulled the pump up and the casing was full of water. The seals had failed. I opened the pump to find it rusted out to the point where no wiring was connected anymore. I took the time to clean everything up and re-solder and fix everything, cleaning and living the seals well and reassembled. It worked well for about 2 more weeks and is dead again. After seeing inside last time, I’ll be replacing it with something better built to last. Also, the flow was only 1gpm at best. ... show more

I order this to control some water accumulating on my property. The quality looks good but it did not meet my needs/expectation. The only control is an on/off switch on the control panel. There is not level control or run dry protection. My application had intermitting water to be pumped. The pump does not fit into a 4" pipe. The body of the pump will fit but the top cover is too big. This meant making a much bigger hole to install the unit. The product looked to be well make and the wiring was very straight forward. It still did not work for my application. The solar package I purchased included a 6AH backup battery which was entirely too small for the pump, wiring was way too small, and would only buzz when hooked up and not power it and is no longer even available for this service. after back and forth with the seller, who first offered to give a discount on a new 6AH battery which I declined, they then offered a discount on a bigger 10AH battery since the other was no longer available, which I also declined. they finally agreed to ship me a new 10AH battery at no cost which is actually able to run the pump for approximately an hour. I appreciate the seller made good on the battery issue by sending a new one, so I have rated them higher than I would have initially when I could not get the pump to run, appreciate their service. ... show more

Bought this for my father in law to use at his ranch for the well there. He was very skeptical about it even working but it works awesome and he’s so happy with it! Took about a day to fully set up and he can’t stop talking about it. The solar panels did not come with the rest of the boxes and it did say everything was delivered. We don’t have our panels installed yet so I can’t comment on that. We received our panels and one was broken. Contacted Fister and the responded immediately. Our broken panel was replaced and we are in the process of installing. Appreciated their quick response!

I'm not big on writing reviews but in this case I feel I have to. I wanted to like this, I really did. I researched and read and studied and this seemed like the best option for me. The packages arrived, packed with care but unfortunately i was unable to devote the time to set it up for a couple of months. Once I had the time the pieces seemed pretty well designed they all fit together well enough. Unfortunately when i connected the pump to the controller panel i got no output. Rechecked all the connections and they were all solid. So i called tech support. They answered on the second ring and a human voice too! Was told the pump guy had stepped out and would call me back later. Nothing...Following week i submitted a service request through Eco-Worthy's website...still Nothing...Called again the next Friday and was told someone would For Sure call me back...more Nothing...called today and got a funky voicemail option...So now i have a nice looking pump setup that is not pumping at all and Eco-Worthy can't be bothered to contact and/or help me...So if you decide to purchase this cross your fingers it all works out of the package...otherwise get used to the sound of crickets from Eco-Worthy. ... show more
