I love this vibration plate. I used it several times per week when I first got it but then I got lazy and haven't used it in a while. I need to get back on it and make it a daily habit. It really does wake your body up, make you less stiff and help get your lymphatic system draining. I got on You Tube and used this vibration plate while following exercises of people standing on plates like this one. I highly recommend doing that to see what all exercises you can do on it. It also helps with balance as I lift dumbbells while standing and squatting on the plate. This is a good vibration plate and is made very well. I recommend it.

Works really great. I personally feel it helps me feel relaxed and reduce bloating so if you're into nervous system regulation, cortisol reduction or lymphatic drainage it can definitely help. I usually use it once a day although I might use it more at night to help me relax more instead of in the morning. I think it might help me fall asleep faster but using it in the morning makes me feel less stressed when i get ready for the day so well see if night vs day is better for me. I prefer to sit on it and I still feel the benefits. I definitely recommend starting slow at lower levels and working your way up because it used to make me feel "itchy" from the vibrations but that's more of a sensory thing. Since using it more consistently it doesn't make my skin feel like that anymore so it's definitely a temporary experience. It's a very solid piece of equipment and seems good quality. The remote is helpful but since I sit on it, I don't really use it much. The remote would probably be more helpful to people who stand on the plate

This is really good for me. I have several problems including lipedema and arthritis and it really helps to use it when my information is low it keeps it down. Works great and easy to step up on. I put mine in front of my dresser so that I can reach out and touch the dresser if I need to but so far I haven't because it's very sturdy. It has all kinds of speeds and programs did you find it

I was skeptical about vibration machines, but this one impressed me right away. Mainly because it’s sturdy, easy to set up, and the remote makes switching modes simple. I’ve been using it for about 5-6 minutes a day, and I can already feel my muscles more engaged — especially in my legs. I do sit and use it for a few minutes then I stand and use it. I like that I can use resistance bands on it too. It doesn’t replace traditional workouts, but i think it’s a great way to boost circulation. I tend to pool fluid in my legs and feel a little restless from the desk job life, and this does help. We have a couple family members who tried it, and some are overweight, or even extremely overweight. This thing is built for that! No difference in power no matter who stood on it. My nephew who is 7 things it is like a carnival ride, to just sit or stand on it for a minute, and talk funny through the vibrations. It's a neat piece of equipment that slides right under the bed out of the way. One star shaved off, because I really wish the cord was a little longer.

They absolutely love it and use it daily as part of their sensory routine. Over time, I realized I could also incorporate it into my own wellness practices, especially to help with lymphatic drainage, and it’s been effective in that area as well. While I haven’t used it specifically for weight loss, I can confidently say it delivers on the other benefits it promises. We’ve had it for several months now, and even with four to five people in the household using it daily, it’s held up without any mechanical issues. The only thing that we don't use is the Bluetooth capability, which allows us to use the speaker, because the quality of sounds that comes from it is not great.
