I was super excited to try this machine out. Out of the box, it's relatively light weight and easy to move around. Once plugged in and turned on, it is quiet. Minimal kinesiology points for feet. Standing on plate during vibration feels safe. I wanted to get one of these since my dad is always talking about how much he loves his. It really works muscles great and is supposed to improve circulation. After 10 min depending on mode your legs feel like you have climbed alot of stairs. It's built very solid and with remote it's easy to use. You can also use buttons on machine also instead if you want. The book shows several different other ways to use machine like sitting on floor with legs on it, or sitting on knees with your hands on it.
