The vibration plate works well and you can adjust the settings to your liking. The rubber pads give your feet a good grip and keep them in place easily. It also has an elastic band so you can exercise your arms while using the vibration plate. I can also use it to exercise my legs while working which is nice. The medium size allows me to place it wherever I want to use it. It also comes with a remote control so I can easily adjust the speed even when standing on the vibration plate.

I had used one of these before and it got lost in a move, my sister got one and was telling me about it so much I wanted to get a new one and this model looked very nice. I am extremely pleased with its operation. The first think I liked as the remote, which I didn't have before, and it really makes using it so much easier to be able to get on and start it or stop it before getting off. This model has a very strong vibration and the control panel makes it very clear to see what settings are on. I have been using it every other day as part of an exercise routine and really feel a difference. Very glad I got this model and would definitely recommend it.
