I have to say it's beyond my expectation. I thought it was a plate to train the balance but actually it comes with many functions to reduce excessive fat on thigh and bot. With this machine, I don't have to work out on leg specially in the gym. It helps me relax and when I want to exercise it can help me strengthen squat efficiency. Music function also very fun that makes the boring workout time interesting. The vibration has several levels that I haven't tryout all yet but totally enough for my exercise needs. Overall, it's a high quality machine with great fun!

I like it. I just don’t like that. It started playing music that I didn’t subscribe to. Otherwise, I think it’s a good product and also it looks like I see a difference in my legs and stuff from using it and only use that one time. I also exercise and do other things but I did notice.

The media could not be loaded. I love this thing. My legs have not been cramping and I have had less numbness and tingling in my legs and feet since I started using it. I used to use the one at planet fitness but it was only 10 minutes and I wish I could have used it multiple times a day. Now I have one at home and I plan on using it daily. I feel a difference in my core & I stand up straighter and my balance is better. Lympathic draininge is also supposed to be a benefit. Previously I had a different one but it was smaller and I am 5'4 short and stocky so I needed a little bit more of a base. This one is nice and sturdy and I love the butterfly form.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this particular vibration machine. It stopped working after 12-15 uses. I was very skeptical about the results it would produce but I was wrong. I noticed an immediate difference after my first use. My leg muscles and joints felt much better and my circulation definitely improved. I was moving right along and then the machine failed. Customer service was great they were sending a replacement and sent me a label to return the defective machine but I ended up canceling the replacement and getting a refund because why would I order another machine that has a high probability of failure I was having success with the concept but not the machine. So IMO the concept works but search out another machine to do the job. I haven't started looking yet due to the busy holidays but I'm sure there is one on Amazon that is better it will just take a bit longer to search for it.
