I was surprised at how heavy it is. It's very solid. It was easy to set up right out of the box. The remote works well and has several adjustments to control. The lowest vibration is enough for me to start out with. I've not had any ill effects so far. Great for blood circulation

I am 58 years old I have bad knees . I got it to strengthen my knees. I could barely get up and move and around now, I've been on this machine for a year and now I walk good, I can bend down my knees don't hurt all the time. The machine is amazing I'm on it everyday.

Yikes
My phone broadcast on the machine! If Bluetooth is on my phone and I am looking at a video on my phone, the video sound comes out of vibration plate! WHY??? It’s not on Bluetooth? Scary!

Vibration that means business!
After using this for several days, I already feel a big difference in water drainage in my legs. I'm excited to ease into more uses this machine has to offer. It's substantial, large enough to stand on without the feeling of falling off. Controls are easy to read. Haven't tried the music yet, but I can listen to TV while it's working, I'm very satisfied. Update- Still LOVE this vibration plate. Using it nearly everyday, and it's helping to drain the lymphatic in my legs. Eating beef, bacon, butter and eggs ( dirty Carnivore) and this plus rebounding and walking has helped lose over 50 lbs in 8 months. Whoo whoo. Wishing good health to you all!

Very Happy with this product

I was amazed at the quality of this product for the price. It is so easy to get started. It works my whole body. I have used a vibration machine before at a red-light therapy business and this is just as good. At the place I went to it was set at 3 and I set mine at 10 and it was just as good, not sure if it goes above ten because I just got it yesterday and rushed right into it but 10 is plenty for me.

It’s very easy to set up but honestly the lowest setting has enough vibration for me. The itching was expected because I know it gets the blood flowing. Good quality but wish it had wheels because it’s kind of a pain to pull out. I’m impressed with the quality, just hope I see results
