The chair arrived on time (over night) with good packaging and no damage. It was simple to put it together, took about 15 min. The video on Amazon was helpful to see before starting. I found the chair to feel solid and strong. No wobble, squeaks or twisting. I like the increased height, which makes it easier to get up and down. The handles on the sides also help for balance. Due to back surgery, I feel safer when showering, to have this to sit on. It's so comfortable, I may decide to keep using it after my back is better. This has a high weight rating. Pretty easy to assemble, fits nicely into our tub, seems sturdy, and looks pretty nice. We got this because my wife broke her ankle and can't stand in the shower. The arms are removable which is great for her to easily slide into the chair from the side of the tub.
