i meant to get some hexclad, been using 'other' nonstick pans for years and they always get scratched and/or stop being nonstick. these are pretty amazing even tho not the hexclad brand. they heat fast, can be used with any kind of heating element (including induction). i've only used the small one so far, several times. they are dishwasher safe but why bother, you can literally wipe them off with a sponge and soapy water in seconds. yes you have to pay for this kind of quality - i was always reluctant to commit - but these should last me forever.

I’ve been using this 5-piece fry pan set for about a month now, and I have to say, it’s pretty impressive. The nonstick surface is one of the best features – I’ve made everything from scrambled eggs to stir fry, and everything slides off with no effort, making cleaning up a breeze. I really appreciate the fact that it’s dishwasher safe, as I’m not a fan of spending too much time washing dishes. The 8, 10, and 12-inch pans cover pretty much every cooking need I’ve had, from making small meals to bigger family-sized dishes. The tempered glass lids are a nice touch because they let you keep an eye on the cooking process without having to lift the lid constantly, which helps maintain the heat. Another thing I love is the stay-cool handles, which are great because I tend to move pans around a lot while cooking, and I don’t have to worry about burning myself. Now, a few things I should mention. The nonstick coating is really good, but after heavy use and constant heating, I noticed it can wear a little faster than expected.
