Need to use distilled water, buy your on shower chair, make sure you keep a fan blowing it dry after your done, last but not least replace your ripper to a stronger on because you will move alot theirs seem to get jammed if you don't pay attention.

Feels warmer right out of the box. The insulation is incredible! Just get in turn it on and feel the warmth within seconds. I started swearing in under 10 min and had to get out early! I usually go for close to 30 min at the sauna at the gym and I got out at 15 min! What I love is that there is no stream so you know it’s not just condensation.

I’m used to using a smaller sized personal sauna so compared to that one this one is a major upgrade. The steamer is sturdily designed and takes anywhere from seven to thirteen minutes to heat up. Overall very satisfied and can honestly say my expectations are actually exceeded- Highly recommend.

Steam tube, steam box, steam tube connector, remote, batteries are missing. Steamer wouldn’t work without this important parts. I waited for long time to get it, but so disappointed receiving a steamer without its important parts. Don’t buy it!
