I've been using this for a month now. It works very well. With an interior dimension of 17 5/16" square, 16" pizza peels will fit with room to spare. Some thoughts: - Thermostats read out in degrees "C." This takes some getting used to. Preheat time 20-30 minutes. - Using the oven, it seems well-built, and the door hinges look tough and unlikely to give trouble. - Install on a non-flammable surface. I made a hearth of 3/4" fire brick. The feet on the oven are only 3/4" and not high enough to keep a regular wooden countertop from getting too hot. - There are separate thermostats for the upper and lower elements. This is a big plus. I use 200C on the bottom and 275C on top. This cooks a medium thick crust pizza in 7 minutes. - The included pizza stone is of high quality, and was very well packaged to prevent breakage. As I prefer a pizza steel, the proper size needed for this oven is 17 5/16" by 17 5/16" by 3/8" thick. Using a pizza steel requires about 5 minutes extra of preheat time. - The pizza stone (or steel) is easily removed for cleaning. Just pry the front edge up and pull out. - Bright internal light fixture. Indicators for each element, and power "on." Mechanical timer shuts off power to both elements. I really like the oven! Recommended. Enjoy the pizza!

Works great so far. Only reason it's 4 stars is one of the legs is loose. Cannot be tightened because the brackets for the legs are made into the bottom of the oven. Once it was turned upright with the legs install you can't even tell it's loose.

Pizza oven claims 800 degrees F. I had this running for 50 min and basically maxed out at 650 F. Not sure how long it would take or if it would ever get higher but it hit 650 in about 30-35 min then would not get any higher. This runs 1800 watts, that’s a lot of electricity not even to make it 800. I bought this to make Neapolitan style pizzas at home. It will not do that. This serves no purpose if you have a home oven. I could not ccok a Neapolitan so I cooked a NY style. Came out ok with lots of turning. But it took 15-20 minutes for the oven to re warm up to cook a second pizza. I will return this.

This unit has 2 power cords. I plugged them both in the same duplex plug and after just a few minutes, it popped the 15A circuit breaker. I don't have (yet) a 20A circuit in my kitchen but the cords are long enough that I could plug it into 2 different 15A circuits. The timer doesn't control the oven, it is just for your convenience. The switch at the bottom only controls the single (between the shelves) light. It really lights up the inside of the oven. The top cord powers the very top burner only (or at least seems to) in the upper oven. The bottom cord powers the top burner on the lower oven (which also heats the stone for the top oven), the bottom burner for the lower oven and the light. We love how much better our pizzas turn out with this excellent oven.

From the profession look, to its weight, easy operation, and its performance, we love it already. Pizza, Cheese Stix, and Cheesy Bread all baked to perfection and so rapidly. Just because its cheaper, dont let that fool you. This oven is a beast, and its ready to work.. Our best purchase in a long long time.
