Would give it 5 stars if the steel was thicker and better quality especially on the handle. With that said, I kick myself for not getting an air bag jack sooner. This thing is a game changer for jacking your car up and I'll never go back to my hydraulic jack unless I need it specifically for say a transmission removal or holding an engine while doing mounts or something. Seriously, the handle WILL bend if you man handle it at all. The brass fittings are cheap as well (expected, look at the price... cmon). I also hate that the cheap brass fittings are able to be sheered off and you'd have to drill it out to replace it. But again. Look how cheap this thing is. Ive used it to jack up many vehicles for oil and brake changes randing from 3000 to 4500lbs total vehicle weights. Does it with ease. My biggest reason for liking this jack is that I have a lowered sportscar with a body kit and previously I would spend almost 30 minutes painstakingly jacking it up because my hydraulic floor jack wouldn't fit under it AND be able to operate the jack handle because of the bumper. It required a 3 layer 2x4 custom ramp on the front and another 2 layer on the rear. Then jack each end up a little bit at a time. Annoying. With this air jack, a single 2x4 on the front wheels and it slips right under and we've got the whole car 12-14 inches off the ground in under 10 minutes. I just wish the steel wasn't so chineseium cheap feeling. But hey, what do you expect for a sub $100 jack these days?

The media could not be loaded. I think it’s my second review ever on amazon, but I thought of making this one hoping I can save someone from a bad injury. Used just 2 weeks ago. Very unstable and dangerous. 1- Big safety issue. Lifted car, and while placing jack stand, my son leaned on car and car almost fell on me. It moves like a jello. Dangerous rubber bag. 2- when you lift your car, you have to open the air valve very slowly because this piece of crap lifts car dangerously fast, and if you are not very familiar on which way to close or open the valve, when you reach your desired height you may accidentally open it all the way instead of closing it. It happened to me and made car go too high and bounced from one side to another. 3- there isn’t any safety device on valve. Again, while under the car, I accidentally kicked the valve and opened it all the way. That was very scary because that happened while trying to place the jack stands. Fortunately one of the jack stand was already placed and literally, car landed on that one. If it wasn’t for that, I don’t even want to think what would’ve happened. I received this item on January 18, but I didn’t get to use it until a couple weeks ago, so I was way out of the returning window. I bought it because I was sold by the many good reviews, which I still can’t understand. Yet, I still called Amazon, and like always, customer service was great, I told them everything that happened with the item, and they accepted the return with a restocking fee, which it was okay with me. Please reconsider if you planning on buying one of these piece of crap.

This is a great jack but you do need air,fast up and quiet.a little different on the way it rolls on front wheels,the handle is designed for the front wheels maneuvering.not a highway jack but great for shop uses.
