    • Avoid This One, A Lot Better Ones Out There..

Very Difficult to use. It is really heavy so difficult to maneuver under vehicle and handle will come out even with set screw tight. The set screw should be longer to properly engage. To get the jack to lift you have to really twist to tighten the handle in the lift position, then it becomes very difficult to twist to release...have to pull the rubber handle off then use locking grips in the end to get it to turn and release...(the manufacturer should have engineered some holes near the top end of the handle so that a screw driver could be inserted to give leverage to twist the handle, I may drill some holes myself but shouldn't have to). Being really heavy does add to the sturdiness I am guessing but it sacrifices versatility. I went to contact the Manufacturer for some assistance via their website, and like other Reviewers said there is no support unless you bought directly from them and not Amazon (ouch). It is working with a lot of effort for now, but I am looking to get a better built 'Low' Profile 3 Ton Jack with Manufacturer support really soon and this will be my backup. Definitely getting a Low Profile (3" to 19") the next time... ... show more

Does the job well, with little to be desired from an off/budget brand. It would’ve gotten another star from me, but you cannot release the hydraulic pressure when the handle is in a horizontal or near horizontal position. I have found myself almost being unable to lower the car due to the necessary more-upright position of the handle (being unable to actuate the gear to lower the lift). Be mindful of this, and you’ve got yourself a pretty decent, capable floor jack. ... show more

The steel jack for me has Been amazing on my super heart ford f150 xlt 5.0 supercab but looking in the comment section it seems like the aluminum Jack's are falling apart there was a guy that was talking about a plate missing that plate is only on the aluminum Jack's the steel Jack's don't have them so try asking customer service about the aluminum jack only. I'm blown away on the amount of breaking and failing of the aluminum Jack's they shouldn't fail like that. I looked at those reviews after buying mine the 3 ton 1 pump it goes up fast no issues and down just as easy I didn't even realize they had the aluminum ones thank goodness I didn't you can't go wrong with the steel jack it's built different from the aluminum ones it seems to be a very large difference in them and possibly why mine has zero issues. I have tried many Jack's on my truck and seen them buckle and break but not this one there was no play what so ever very strong and it's lifted with oversize tires and it does the job. I hope this review helps someone when buying there's and the choice of what one they get. Yes the steel one is a bit heavy not to the point it's difficult to move around and to carry. Also the jack is a very good size very strong and lifts fast with little to no effort yes I would recommend and would buy this one again no questions asked! ... show more
