Yokohama is a great tire brand, no doubt about it. But in this category the specific tire in review lacks in performance and ride quality when compare to Continental conticross contact uhp in my case the replacement tires. The Yokos will last you longer w/ a little noisy ride. The sidewalls flex more than I like to for a Sports tire, the grip is decent but no excepcional. This tire is a perfect fit for a pickup truck or passenger SUV. For a performance SUV like my Audi RS Q8 or Mercedes AMG SUV models I couldn't recommend it. Hope this helps. My friend has a repair shop and I usually get my tires from him. He came back at $275 ea. Amazon’s price was $299 ea. Bought these for my SQ5 and I couldn't be more happy. Coming from Continental DWS these are quieter and smoother IMO. Also has a little more tread depth (11.6/32) so i'm hoping will give more milage. Apart from the speed rating, I would chose these over the Continentals based on price, tread depth, noise level and comfort. No issues in dry/wet weather and have not tested in snow.
