We tried it with ribs, chicken, and a few sausages, and everything came out tender, juicy, and full of rich smoky flavor. What impressed me most was how simple it was to use. I set the temperature on the digital screen, closed the door, and spent the rest of the time enjoying with my family instead of standing outside checking the food. Stop do not buy. I got this looks like a good buy but does not hold the heat. I have never seen a smoker Sweat like this one. Also leaks smoke around glass and top.

I’ve owned several electric smokers and this is by far the worst one. Doesn’t hold correct temp. I’ve smoked meat for 24 plus hours at 250 and it never hit the correct temp. I have to finish everything in the oven. It’s not insulated so I think that’s the issue. Go with a master built instead. Junk
