    • Not what I expected for the price
Chair is good if your client is sitting straight up. If you lean them back, they are not comfortable. The head rest is not adjustable. My clients feel like they are sinking in the middle. To much of a pain to return it or I definitely would.

This chair has been faulty since I received it, and like another review mentioned, the manufacturer is completely unwilling to help out in any way. The base for the left arm has never attached flush to the top part of the cushion. The pop stud will not go in all the way because the inner metal beam, which holds both pieces together, isn’t and can’t be aligned for the holes to meet. The manufacturer refused to honor a repair of the misaligned arm within the year warranty time frame. Now after having the chair for 1.5 years, the rear recline switch is short circuiting, which stalls and doesn’t work most of the time. Also, the synthetic material does not wipe clean easily. Anything and everything stains the porous material. Long story short, don’t waste your money on this chair. Terrible manufacturer and terrible customer service. That’s putting it lightly. ... show more
