Chair arrived october 18, and broke by January 5.... not even 3 months. I am a larger guy, around 230lbs, but the chair is rated for more than that, yet the welds for the back support failed. The bracket itself even broken, I guessing because of the bad welds around the break. It's not even something easy to fix, the fabric and padding are form fit and glued to the frame. Trying to fix the welds would just start a fire. Very disappointed in the build quality of this product. 0/10, would not recommend a chair that doest even last 3 months. As for its quality before breaking, it was OK. Not uncomfortable, but definitely not as comfy as I expected looking at it. The arm rests are very short, and not padded, with was also a let down, though not unexpected because of the pictures. It's a very noisy chair, the pads rubbing with any movement makes that leather squeaky sound. It felt solid and stable, for the first 2.5 months, then suddenly without warning just popped and sent me backwards hitting my legs against my desk... thankfully I'm uninjured, but certainly not what I wanted as I was streaming TV before bed.

Brought this chair for my son an early birthday gift plus he's a gamer as well. So far so good the only thing is when he go to sit down the chair comes forward a little bit he also said that the pillow that's for your back is a bit uncomfortable I also thought it was going to be more wider for the hips but it's really not(for my son who is 6'3 310lbs) got it yesterday put it up yesterday because he couldn't wait 😁

The chair is comfortable to sit in, but my left arm rest wobbles constantly and even when I took it apart I was unable to tighten it.

I ordered this for my home office, which is also in my room and I game in it. I am not a fan of the "rocking" feature, it is rough. It is pretty comfortable. The arms do not adjust at all, which I'm also not a fan of. But for the price and not spending any length of time in, it a good chair. I do love the color and how wide it is.

Assembly was less than 30 mins with a small drill. But the tool it comes with will work also. The chair is much nicer than expected. Its made well. I work remote and sit for 9 hours a day this is a game changer for my back and neck support!

Had the chair for less than three months before it broke. First of all I can not stress just how noisy this chair is. I leaned back and some inside of the back rest bent. Now the back just flops around. Will be returning it.

It’s definitely is a good chair I have neck issues and having surgery definitely easy to assemble an d is very comfortable it’s worth more then the price so it’s worth every penny no issues here I also game daily
