Stop looking at other locks, THIS IS THE ONE! I searched exhaustively for an adequate lock to replace my 20 yr. old Schlage lighted pushbutton lock. This lock had one major feature the others didn't have, a one button passthrough mode so visiting family or guests can just open and close the door going in and out. The lock had great reviews so I took a chance. Other than the mounting screws being "barely" causing 10 minutes if install grief, once installed this lock is mechanically rock solid, way better than the Schlage. As for operation, flawless. The app and user enrollment is great, as many finterprints per person as you want, plus fobs and passcodes. It just works, with all kinds of failsafes. One note: Make sure you have a great WiFi signal or it can disconnect with disables passthrough (failsafe). It will also wear down the batteries after 2 mos. constantly searching for WiFi. I ended up adding a second WiFi AP for my garage and put it in Bridge mode. Also solved my overhead garage door issues too. These also make a great family gift.

This lock is absolutely fabulous — sharp design, solid build, and packed with features usually found only in high-end brands, but at a fraction of the cost. You can unlock it using a key, app, PIN, fingerprint, or the included RFID tag, and it even integrates smoothly with Google Home. Setup through the app was incredibly simple and stress-free. I own more than 50 smart and connected devices (including Google Wi-Fi, Kasa lights, LG washer, and more), and this lock easily ranks as one of the best digital devices I’ve ever used. I’m genuinely impressed with this lesser-known brand — they’ve nailed the design, reliability, and user experience. I truly hope they expand their lineup to include privacy locks, passage locks, and other door hardware, because I’d buy them in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We really liked this door handle for the first three months. But then at least 2 of the three screws that hold the interior portion to its bracket snapped off, and as a result the data cord between the two portions was pulled out and wrecked the pins, so even if I replaced the screws - the door handle is now useless.

This is a very high quality keyless entry door lock. It allows for many options for both locking and unlocking as well as an emergency power port. Connection to Wi-Fi at this price point is unusual, I was skeptical but connection was simple and is operating flawlessly. Equally impressive is the software and manuals. The app makes setup and everyday usage an intuitive experience, the instructions and written manuals are in clear English not just some poor translation. I had minor problems during installation, I contacted support and received immediate help from Aaron who walked me through the process.

Door lock was easy to install. O ly allowed to use KK home app. Very limited features for Airbnb guest management. No option to set upa guest user without sharing a qr code or email invite.ade. No option to set schedule access. Quality of materials was good. Wish I could return it. Did not do enough homework on features.

Lock is easy to install and the instructions are easy to follow. The linking to wifi was easy after downloading the app that is full of useful and easy to understand info and different modes of lock operation. I have tried all methods of operating the lock and all work well. Fingerprint recognition works extremely well with clean dry fingers but based on other fingerprint devices I have used if your finger is the slightest bit wet the reader may not work. Battery life is claimed to be a year but I would use ultimate lithium batteries for the best results which I suspect will last a year. I am impressed with the thought that went into designing and manufacturing this lock and everything it is suppose to do it does well.

This product was very easy to assemble onto the door, however trying to attach the cable from touch pad to interior side was impossible for me. Very POOR design, my hands could not attach the wire to the connector. Not a good design. I can't remember giving up on a project like this, ever. I tried four different tricks to solve the problem, no luck. I liked the product, however but it needs a better wire connection.
