I purposely got this because I had a very similar door handle and deadbolt that I wanted to replace. I only had to drill one of the holes a bit higher for the fit, but other than that it was a smooth and quick swap and it works great!

    • Decent Aesthetic - Borderline Useless “Smart” Functionality

The only reason I haven’t returned the product is because I had to drill a large hole in my door to install it. First two simple problems - the door will “deploy” the deadbolt when the door is fully ajar, leading to accidental door jam damage. No way to lock the door on your way out aside from the physical key. The product itself is misleading, it says it has “app unlock” and is “smart home capable” with Google Home and Alexa. However, you have to be within 2 meters (~6 feet) of the handle for the app unlock to work. And even then, best case scenario it takes 30 seconds to unlock. Commonly, it times out and you have to try again (it’s quicker to just unlock the door manually at that point). You’d think the app would show the current status of the lock (locked or unlocked), it does not. And it takes a long time for the app to load that information. After I finally installed and paired with the app I kept trying to lock/unlock the door via Google Home and Alexa and it’d pair but just wouldn’t work. Then I found out I had to buy a hub to be able to use smart home functionality. I installed the hub within 3 feet of the handle and while it has worked, it is not reliable whatsoever. ... show more

Bought it to replace my one peice handle latch dead bolt. It took about 15 minutes to install and another 4 minutes to program 4 codes. Would recommend this to others. Know have to repaint the door.
