Very slick design and well made

This is to replace our expensive Kwikset where the finish degraded and wore off. Florida hot humid weather may have effected the Kwikset over the 7 years we owned it, but never the less, it needed a completely new finsih. The feature this has, that the kwikset did not, was an app that connect it to network so you can unlock it from your phone. Slso codes seem much easier to put in and/or remove.

About two weeks after setup, the system unexpectedly went offline. While that was a bit frustrating at first, what really stood out was the quality of customer support. I love that I can go out for a long walk and not have to bring a house key with me, or leave the door open. I replaced another lock with similar functionality and size but the Veise VE06 was way easier to install. Also, when I called the customer service line to inquire about the programming of it, Aaron was super friendly and knowledgeable, making the process feel like a walk in a park.
