- COMPATIBLE APPS: Car Scanner (recommended for generic OBD-II functions), Torque (for Android), OBD Fusion, BimmerCode*, BimmerLink*, OBD JScan, Dr. Prius, etc. Note: some Apps or in-App features require separate purchase. NOT compatible with Carly, MHD, xHP, ProTool, bootmod3, etc.
- *APP LIMITATIONS: Model year before 2008 are not supported for BimmerCode or BimmerLink by this device. In addition for BimmerCode, G series vehicles are not fully supported, while U series vehicles are not supported. MS-CAN NOT supported.
- FUNCTION LIMITATIONS: Advanced diagnostics (ABS, SRS, etc.) and sensor data (like transmission temperature) are only available for some makes/models via specific apps. See user instructions for details. Special functions such as injector coding, EPB reset, ABS bleeding, oil light & service resets, and relearns are NOT supported.

Bought this a year back while on sale, knowing that I'd need this eventually. Plugs right in the OBD2 port on my 2008 Honda Accord EX and works perfectly with Car Scanner ELM327 (aka Car Scanner Pro) on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I'm able to verify all the sensors, check existing codes, clear codes/check engine light, and monitor other stuff like fuel mileage. This works perfectly; just remember to connect from the app and not your Bluetooth settings! I'll also try this with my iPad as I'm sure the extra screen real estate will make the app even better.

Great product! Worked perfectly on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD v6. Used to monitor atf temps for trans fluid drain/fill. Great value for all the metrics you get with this device and the free car scanner app. Wish i knew about this device sooner!

Works great with my iPhone 16Pro running iOS 26.3 and 26.2.1. Just used this morning with Carista app on iPhone customizing my 4Runner settings. Haven’t tried on iPad yet. One app took a long time to connect but finally did “car scanner elm obd2”. Not sure why though. But it works great after it connects and lots of customization abilities in free version, surprising! But great.

Synced right up via bluetooth, but also has wifi options. I think wifi is for higher transfer rates when looking at live data. I wanted this to read diagnostic logs (mode 6 functionality it's called). It successfully pulled misfire counts, per cylinder for my 2013 5.7 ram pickup. For anyone wanting to do the same thing, download the OBD Fusion app, navigate to "diagnostics", then "report", then "on-board monitoring". It also shows catalytic converter readings in there as well. Being able to ID misfires before a check engine light is thrown will make my repair job much quicker, cheaper, and easier.
