I needed a chair for my home office but my budget is limited. I purchased this chair because it looks good and the price is within my budget. It is good enough for home office use. The pros are that the material is mesh and thus breathable, especially important when it is so hot in the summer now, and there is lumbar support. The positioning of the lumbar support fits my lower back well. Also, the wheels are fine, rolls easily on the floor. The chair itself is pretty stable with some flexibility. I can use the lever to decide if I want the back to be fixed or I want it to rock back and forth. The height is adjustable. The width of the chair also fits my small body frame well. If you are big and tall, this may not be suitable for you though. Yes, we get what we pay for... at this price, as expected, the seat cushioning is ok. It feels firm with a little cushioning. I prefer more cushioning, so I put a seat cushion that's for office chair on it to increase the bounce and be able to use it for longer hours. One con is that the arms are on the low side. They cannot be raised up or down laterally like the expensive chairs. The redeeming factor is that they can be raised at an angle. I found this to solve the problem for me. If you buy this chair, I would advise you to have another person to help you put it together. It's easier with two people. Also, look at the pictures in the installation manual carefully. There are no text instructions and the pictures take some time to interpret. At first, I was confused and had to redo a couple of times. Finally I managed to get it all done!
