So far so good! I’ve only had this fridge for a few days but I’ve done some longer tests. First off my fridge had a different color scheme than the image. The product image shows a two tone gray. Mine is light gray all around. It seems like this is literally a “brand name removed” alpicool which I’m totally fine with. So just know yours might be all one color gray. As far as functionality it works exactly as advertised! I left the fridge plugged in for several hours after getting it and it cooled down drinks and meats perfectly. I am using a standard mercury thermometer inside like one reviewer mentioned and I can say the digital reading for me thus far has been pretty spot on. After having it plugged into wall power I ran it directly off my Jackery 500. I got over 24 hours straight! My setting was “eco mode”. When the compressor is on it draws between 45 - 50 watts. When it’s off it’s only pulling around 2-4. Next test I have coming will be a full day in my vehicle with standard interior temps (I’m in so cal). Overall I REALLY like this product so far. If it can hold up for a few years this will be WELL worth the investment! Quick side not the lid is a little loose so I just take a bit of care opening and closing. UPDATE: AUGUST 2020 This fridge has heled up well over the past few months! No complaints really. Its summer now so I did notice it working a lot harder / more often when I'm out in the desert / on a trail. Also the drain on my Jackery 500 & 250 is WAY faster in the sun. I get maybe a day out of it in hot conditions with the Jackery 500 so just make sure to plan for power. Other than powering it (which is no fault of the fridge) its been great! Definitely recommend this for the price. Its not the greatest fridge but its 1/3 the price of ARB's 37 quart so I really can't complain. ... show more

This went beyond my expectations! We had to camp for 4 days in 102 temps, and we ran it the whole time and it was a solid 37 degrees! We have a 35 qt model and bought the insulating cover for it to assist with temperature maintenance. I ran it on a jackery 500 with a 100 watt solar panel. When the compressor turned on, it pulled 33 watts, when off it pulled 1-4 watts. It was quiet and was exactly what i wanted. Side note: it is heavy to carry when full and does not have wheels, so we put ours in a wagon so we could keep it in the shade. And the 3rd party cover opens horizontaly and the fridge lid opens vertically. This is barely an annoyance other than having to remember. I took it out on the worst summer weekend to an unshaded fairgrounds, and it did its job! ... show more

Have only tested it with battery system but seems to work great. The app works great & much easier to control than the control panel. On eco mode it only draws 34 amps when operating.

I’m putting this up here to help the overlanders and dispersed campers that were spending far too long looking for a fridge like I was. This thing is great, it runs for 2 days off of my Jackery 300 (more if you have it running off the car power up until night time on the first day or drive multiple days in a row) and uses an average draw of only 3w on power saving mode, once every 5 or 10 mins it’s will draw more power to correct the temp. It fits ab 2 days worth of food for my gf and I plus a 6 pack, I recommend putting thin ice packs on the bottom and a rag to collect moisture, deep freeze the night before. This will keep power draw a lot lower. Ive brought it on multiple off-roading camps and the shaking hasn’t messed it up at all. I have the 20l and it’s also really light and a lot smaller than an ice chest. This is the best option for value (I wouldn’t want to abuse a super expensive fridge like this) and is good for weekend camping like I usually do, I use it as a mini fridge at home while I’m not camping so it’s well worth it. The temp isn’t the most accurate and can fluctuate but that’s the only con and it’s not a big one, I usually keep it around 40 f ... show more
